Role: Temporary Junior HR Assistant Location: Euston, London Contract Type: Temporary (2 weeks) Start Date: Tuesday 17th February Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Pay: £14.00 p/h This is a hybrid role About the Role We are seeking a detail‑driven Junior HR Assistant for a short-term project focused on employee data accuracy and HR file management. This role plays a key part in supporting the transition to our new system by ensuring employee information is reviewed, updated, and transferred correctly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in developing their HR knowledge. Key Responsibilities Review and audit existing employee files to ensure documentation is complete and up to date Transfer employee information into the new HRIS, ensuring accuracy and consistency Perform high‑volume data entry with strong attention to detail Support digitalisation and organisation of personnel files Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag where required Assist with general HR administrative tasks such as preparing documents, updating spreadsheets, and responding to basic inbox queries Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly Skills & Qualities Strong accuracy and attention to detail - essential for data‑heavy work Confident using HR terminology or willing to learn quickly Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems Able to work independently to complete repetitive tasks efficiently Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload Professional, discreet, and reliable Experience Required Administrative experience preferred Experience with data entry or file auditing is beneficial Previous HR exposure is essential Training on the HRIS and processes will be provided What This Role Offers Hands‑on experience with HR systems and processes A chance to build foundational HR knowledge Insight into data migration and employee file management Supportive guidance from the HR team throughout the project Thank you for your interest in this role.
