This vacancy includes Potential Additional Earnings from On-Call and Overtime and an attractive £2.5K welcome bonus - a Rewarding Welcome for a Rewarding Career.

Main duties of the job
To Undertake Without Routine Supervision; Planned Maintenance, Breakdown Repairs And New Installation Work Within Healthcare Premises On a Variety Of Building Services Related Systems, Including
Energy generating plant including boiler plant.
DHWS & CWS systems
Air compressors
Laundry and catering equipment
Drainage/sewerage
Ventilation plant
Air conditioning and refrigeration
BMS control systems
Electrical building services
Fault finding and repair of plant and equipment
Undertake Condition Surveys of Mechanical Systems and Mechanical Infrastructure within Healthcare Facilities
