Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with experience supporting the recruitment and onboarding process? We’re recruiting for a Temporary Onboarding Administrator to join a well-established organisation on a fully remote basis. About the Role: As the Onboarding Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring all new starters experience a smooth and efficient onboarding process. Supporting the internal recruitment function, you’ll be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of new hires, from offer stage through to their first day. Temporary Contract (6 months) Salary equivalent: £30,000 Remote role - travel to Hertfordshire head office required once a month Key Responsibilities: Collect and process all relevant new starter documentation Carry out reference checks and follow up where required Initiate and manage DBS checks Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Send out training links and ensure completion ahead of start dates Book staff uniforms and manage logistics Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in an administrative role within recruitment or HR Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communicator with a proactive approach Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Experience with DBS checks, reference requests, and ATS systems is highly desirable This vacancy is being advertised by SRM Recruitment - Welwyn Garden City office.
