Youll carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled Plasterer, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services on all One Manchester`s owned and managed properties and for external clients. Youll be dealing with customers face-to-face, so youll need to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work. Youll need to be self-sufficient and able to work independently. Youll be highly skilled in your area a real expert Plasterer appropriately qualified and self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can work remotely with minimum supervision. Youll have a good working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and CDM and will be accustomed to managing your own workload and diary.
