We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Administrator to join our team at BMW Warwick. As a Sytner Service Administrator, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will liaise with customers, ensuring the booking process is handled with ease, inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and give the best advice on our products and services to our customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first; you will take the time to talk to people, build genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need. Sytner Service Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop.
* Liaise with customers to manage the booking process and inform/advise on vehicle servicing.
* Offer advice on products and services to customers.
* Build rapport with customers and identify their needs in a busy, customer-focused environment.
* Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to maintain high levels of service.
About You
* Willingness to learn and progress; training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
* A strong customer service background is beneficial in a busy environment.
* Working knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous, but not essential.
