We’re now hiring a Procurement Consultant to join our core team—contributing both to client delivery and the strategic growth of our business.

The Role

This is a development role combining hands-on client consulting with internal business operations and recruitment support. You’ll work directly with public sector clients on procurement lifecycle tasks while also helping us manage and grow our associate consultant network to support delivery and scale.

Key Responsibilities

* Client Consulting (External)
* Lead and support full procurement lifecycle tasks: market engagement, strategy development, ITT/ITN, negotiation, contract drafting, contract management
* Generate innovative procurement and supply chain solutions using best-practice methodologies (category management, SRM, etc.)
* Manage commercial programmes, risks, issues, and benefit tracking
* Work across stakeholder groups in complex, high-profile environments
* Conduct commercial analysis and data-led problem solving
* Business Operations (Internal)
* Source, screen and onboard high-quality associate consultants
* Conduct interviews, evaluate CVs, and track resource availability
* Manage the recruitment supply chain: contracts, compliance, invoicing
* Support the wider business with administrative and operational duties as required

What We’re Looking For

•Bristol Based

•5+ years of hands-on procurement and supply chain experience

•Public sector experience and/or CIPS qualification

•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

•Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of contracts

•Financial literacy (e.g., budget management, P&L thinking) and attention to detail

•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

•Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
