Location: Sharnbrook
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 5:00pm
Additional hours may be required depending on business needs.
Quest Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Recycling Plant Team Leader to join a busy recycling operation in Sharnbrook.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous leadership experience within recycling, production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments who is looking for a long-term opportunity with career progression.
The Role
As a Recycling Plant Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the plant, ensuring production targets, operational efficiency, and Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.
You will be responsible for leading site operations, supporting the workforce, and ensuring workloads are organised effectively across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily production planning across both balers
2. Monitoring KPIs and reporting downtime
3. Organising workloads for site cleaners and production staff
4. Carrying out yard inspections
5. Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
