An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified and motivated Locum Social Worker to join a dedicated service based in Burnley, Lancashire.
We are seeking a flexible and reliable practitioner who can contribute effectively within a busy and responsive working environment. This role requires regular office presence and the ability to adapt to changing service demands.

Responsibilities
* Undertake assessments and prepare high-quality reports
* Complete out-of-court reports and pre-sentence reports
* Contribute effectively to court processes and proceedings
* Deliver clear, analytical, and evidence-based assessments
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals
* Maintain accurate and timely case records
Qualifications
* Recognised Diploma / Degree in Social Work
* Social Work England registration
* Criminal Justice experience
* Ability to work flexibly and manage competing demands
* Strong assessment and report writing skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
