The role in 60 seconds:
You’ll take ownership of manufacturing process design and improvement — especially around NPI, tooling and fixtures, Lean/Six Sigma projects, and structured problem-solving. You’ll work with passionate teams across R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Chain — and see your ideas turned into real-world improvements.

What we’re looking for:
* 4+ years in manufacturing engineering operating as a Manufacturing Engineer (electronics/device assembly)
* Solid NPI and APQP background
* CAD skills (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) for tooling/fixture design
* Comfortable with SMT, hand soldering, test & IPC standards
* Strong problem-solving toolkit (5 Whys, DMAIC, 8D etc.)
* Someone who spots waste and sees opportunity
Bonus points for:
* Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above)
* Familiarity with ISO 9001, 13485, or IATF 16949
* ERP/MES or manufacturing analytics experience
