The role of a Sales Associate involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing a network of potential clients, and managing a portfolio of smaller clients independently. The Sales Associate provides solutions to client needs and actively contributes to cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: Business Development & Account Management : You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop a network of potential clients and industry contacts, and manage a portfolio of smaller clients independently. You will contribute to the creation of business development strategies and assist in resolving complex client issues. You will work to achieve goals set out by growth plans and hit agreed SLAs. Commercial Focus: You willparticipatein discussions on pricing strategy and service enhancements, collaborating with senior team members to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Stakeholder Management: You will engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, actively managing complex relationships and providing input into strategies for optimizing stakeholder engagement. Qualifications & Skills We are looking for candidates who combine commercial acumen with relationship-building skills. Required background includes: You have 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, particularly within a professional services or consulting environment. Strong Educational foundation, Degree preferred. Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape, with knowledge of financial services industry and awareness of laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ability to remain composed under pressure, strong research, analysis, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high-quality output. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build andmaintainstrong client relationships, and communicate with clarity and confidence to stakeholders.
