My client is a dynamic commercial fit-out firm seeking a confident and experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple commercial design & build projects (£5–8m annually). You’ll be the driving force behind project success—ensuring quality, programme, and client satisfaction from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Lead project delivery, managing programme, cost, and quality
*
Act as the main client point of contact and represent the company professionally
*
Manage internal teams and subcontractors across all phases of delivery
*
Oversee health & safety, ensuring compliance with current legislation and standards
*
Drive procurement, contract compliance (especially JCT), and commercial success
*
Monitor progress, manage change, and ensure on-time, snag-free completion
*
Produce and maintain project programmes and cost reports
*
Lead contract kick-off, progress meetings, and project closeout
What You Bring
*
Proven success in delivering fit-out or construction projects
*
Strong knowledge of project and contract management (JCT essential)
*
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
*
Relevant H&S certifications (SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, etc.)
