\nTHE ROLE:
\n• This position is ideal for a senior lawyer who thrives on complex, high-value work and enjoys building long-term client and professional relationships.
\n• As Legal Director, you will play a key part in shaping the firm’s corporate and commercial offering, advising a diverse client base of individuals and businesses on a wide range of matters
\n• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service and franchise agreements, and asset/share purchase agreements
\n• Advising on corporate structures, including shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements
\n• Providing strategic advice on company restructures and reconstructions, shareholder and warranty disputes, business sales, mergers and acquisitions, partnership deeds and related issues
\n• Taking an active role in business development by strengthening local professional networks and contributing to the firm’s continued commercial growth
