Strategic Water Services
Arup’s water team has wide‑ranging skills spanning advisory and specialist technical services. Key areas we work in include water masterplanning at city and catchment scales, implementation of integrated nature solutions, resilience, technical assurance, digital innovation and climate change studies. We are looking for candidates interested in any elements of water to support us in these areas.
Is this role right for you?
We are seeking candidates who:
* Enthusiasm for a career in Water, underpinned by knowledge and understanding of the sector
* Hold a minimum of a Bachelors in Water, Process Engineering, Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Geography, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Geophysics, or a related discipline
* Possess a Masters or post‑graduate Degree in a similar Water‑related discipline
* Have studied or are studying a course accredited by ICE, CIWEM or equivalent
* Have a strong understanding of the theoretical approach and practical application within the Water sector
* Possess a working knowledge of common software and digital tools, and demonstrate an ability to learn new software within a working environment
* Have experience with coding languages, digital development or specialist software (advantageous)
* Have an analytical thought process
* Willing to contribute to improving our existing ways of working, bringing new ideas, tools and processes
