What You Need To Succeed At least eight years of structural engineering experience, with a strong portfolio in residential and commercial projects. Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion, including client and stakeholder management. Strong technical design skills, with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. A collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring and managing junior engineers. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present ideas clearly and effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in structural design. Chartered with IStructE (or demonstrable commitment to achieving chartership). MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
