Role:
TheProgram Coordinator Team Lead will be primarily responsibility formanaging the EAP coordinator team, guiding them through thetransformation into a globally adaptable unit and deliveringcustomer service excellence. Concurrently, the teal lead willuphold duties as a program coordinator, ensuring the seamlessoperational delivery of Uniphar's Early Access Programs thatdirectly engage HealthcareProfessionals.
Responsibilities
TeamLeader:
* Managementof program coordinator team - including division of duties androtas, always ensuring continuity ofservice.
* Working closelywith operational colleagues to drive efficiencies in process andservice delivery.
* Workingclosely with the Director of Program management and ProgramDirector to ensure PC service levels are aligned to client needsand opportunities for process enhancement arerecognised.
* Takes the leadfor ensuring all program reporting is well centralised andcompleted on time.
* Takes thelead for ensuring all client invoicing is completed on time andreportedefficiently.
* Represents thePC team within the MAPdivision.
* Travel will berequired (approximately 10%), primarily between UK and Ireland butwill be dependent on the teamlocations.
ProgramCo-Ordinator
* Managementof all HCP enquires into the dedicated program email boxes andtelephone lines and inhouse portal systems (UniPhi and HealthPoint)
* Works closely withthe Project Management team to understand the specificities of eachprogram.
* Assists HCPs withqueries and escalates any medical enquires to the relevantpersonnel.
* Manages thequalification process as per relevant SOPs and cGDP processes forHCPs wishing to register withDurbin.
* Manages HCP andhospital accounts within Durbin systems liaising with QA colleaguesand finance colleagues to complete account set-up and revalidationif needed.
* Responsible formanagement of new requests entering the Durbin EAP portal (Uniphi),including assessment of basic criteria for enrolment of patientsinto each program by theirHCP.
* Enters product ordersinto Durbin Order systems (SAP, ASC) for onward delivery tologistics and warehouse colleagues toaction.
* Progresses approvedrequests for access into product orders and manages communicationswith internal colleagues and the HCP customer to ensure timely andcompliant delivery ofproduct.
* Provides alldocumentation for each order to logistics team to organize dispatchand shipment.
* Managesreports and dashboards to communicate on program metrics tointernal teams and also pharmaceutical companyclients.
* Creates and issuesinvoices for product orders and manages the submission of invoicesinto hospital and sitesystems.
* Liaison withinternal finance colleagues for reconciliation of overdue accountsand incoming invoicepayments.
Required
* Thirdlevel education or relevant experience withinhealthcare/pharmaceuticals
* Fluentin English and one other language - any of French, Spanish, Italianor German
* Proficient in theuse of Microsoft office namely: Outlook, Word andExcel
* Previous experience ofERP systems use such as SAP or D365 anadvantage
