To support the Head of PR & Celebrity Relations and Team in all Main Office activities.
Support PR and Celebrity Relations team with all communications across PR, Celebrity Relations and Corporate Communications:
1. Maintain up-to-date press and celebrity contact database
2. Manage press lists as required for strategic mailings
3. Monitor and report (often in real time) editorial coverage in line with HQ strategic goals utilizing DMR
4. Liaise with Cartier Paris HQ and International Cartier offices as appropriate
5. Work closely with PR office and training of interns and team assistants
6. General support with the day to day running of the office
7. Attend photoshoots and dressings where necessary and appropriate
Support team for all local events:
8. Task include but are not limited to: supporting event guest list curation and management, event attendees logistics and coordination, event reporting and analysis and budget management
Support team for all international press and talent trips:
9. Support Manger and team in the strategy, creation and planning for brand image, local press and influencer events and press trips worldwide
10. Creation and planning of comprehensive itineraries and trip materials for external and internal distribution, including materials for local and international Cartier executives
11. Spearhead the organization for and coordination of press and talent materials, travel schedules, itineraries, transportation, accommodation and other attendees’ needs
12. Tasks include but are not limited to: travel planning and curation, organization and management and reporting and analysis and budget management
Key support for team for fragrance communications:
13. Tasks include but are not limited to: Supporting team with maintaining and developing relationships with beauty focused journalists, maintaining and increasing coverage and press mailing management
Key support for Head of PR & Celebrity Relations for department budget management:
14. Key tasks include but are not limited to: Development and maintenance of overall budget, day-to-day invoice processing and relationship management with key partners
15. Develop and maintain the PR department budget including new fiscal year preparation and monthly and yearly reports
16. Provide daily support and control of PR budget including invoice processing, reconciliation and reporting
17. Responsible for overseeing PR temp in submitting/coding all invoices for all department activities and tracking of department budget
18. Expense management and coordination for travel and entertainment
Maintain and oversee team for all gifting needs:
19. Tasks include but are not limited to: inventory management, key point of contact with vendors, overseeing gift wrapping
20. Spearhead holiday gifting
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
21. Relevant work experience needed in public relations and/or client facing events; Work experience in public relations and/or luxury concierge agency is a plus
22. Candidate should be a motivated, team player with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in order integrate seamlessly into both a luxury retail and corporate communications environment
23. Candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced PR and retail environment under tight deadlines and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
24. Candidate should be a creative problem solver, strategic thinker and self-motivated
25. Excellent communications, interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
26. Knowledge of competitive landscape, especially as it pertains to content driven event and retail activations
27. Works well with numerous internal and external partners, including senior leadership and their respective teams
28. Exemplary skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and SAP is a plus
