Role Description
This is a full-time Area Manager Chef role CDP or Sous level to oversee a group of pubs. The Area Manager Chef will be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills such as food preparation, cooking, and plating
* Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
* Experience in menu planning and recipe creation
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Previous experience as a Chef in a similar setting
* Culinary degree or certification is a plus
