Your Role
As a Share Schemes Manager, you’ll immerse in a flourishing business tax specialist team, focusing on delivering bespoke employee share schemes services to a diverse client base across various industry sectors. Your client‑facing role, team collaboration skills, and ability to meet deadlines will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing share schemes and broader employment-related security tax advisory work for both standalone companies and groups.
* Engaging with HMRC on valuations and clearances.
* Executing share schemes advisory tasks, including EMI and CSOP design and drafting, growth share design and implementation, share valuations, and the preparation of share schemes sections of due diligence reports.
* Nurturing and guiding junior team members.
* Mastering billing and client management to ensure optimal service delivery.
