As an Aspiring Teacher, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students across Key Stages 35
Deliver curriculum-aligned content confidently across a range of subjects
Work closely with pupils with SEND and tailor resources to individual learning needs
Use your creativity and initiative to engage students and boost academic outcomes
Build strong relationships with parents, pupils, and colleagues to support progress
Help manage classroom behaviour using consistent and positive strategies
Contribute to departmental planning and assessment processes
Collaborate effectively with the wider school team to drive a culture of success
This Aspiring Teacher role is ideal for a graduate with a 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University.
