SENIOR SOCIAL CREATIVE (8-MONTH FTC)


Salary - £65K

Location - London/Hybrid


I’m working with a brilliant small social-first agency, built for brands that want to move at the speed of culture. Founded by two women and powered by an all-female team, they truly understand the female consumer - and it shows in everything they do. They blend sharp strategy with instinctive creativity to create content, campaigns and cultural moments that travel across feeds, conversations and real life.


Now, they’re looking for a SENIOR SOCIAL CREATIVE to help lead strategy, creative output and client relationships across a growing portfolio of brands.


The Role

Job Title: Senior Social Creative

Reports to: CEO & Managing Director


They are looking for a Senior Social Creative to lead the thinking and execution of social content across a range of clients.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who is both strategic and instinctive - someone who understands what works on social, can generate strong ideas quickly, and knows how to bring them to life.

You’ll play a key role in shaping content direction, contributing to client conversations, and ensuring the work we produce feels culturally relevant, on-brand and high quality.

This isn’t a purely oversight role - you’ll be in the work, not removed from it.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Creative & Strategy

● Develop social-first ideas, content concepts and campaign directions

● Contribute to and help shape content calendars across multiple clients

● Ensure all content feels culturally relevant, platform-native and on-brand

● Bring fresh, reactive ideas to the table based on trends and cultural moments


Content & Delivery

● Support the creation and refinement of content (copy, concepts, direction)

● Review and sense-check content before it goes to clients

● Step in to help elevate work when needed, especially on tight timelines


Client Contribution

● Support on client calls, helping present ideas and creative thinking

● Build strong, positive relationships with clients

● Understand different brand tones and adapt creative accordingly


Collaboration

● Work closely with a small team of creatives in a very collaborative way

● Share ideas openly and contribute to a positive team dynamic

● Support others when needed - and be open to support in return


Nice to Have (Not Essential)

● Light-touch video editing or design skills (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe)

● Ability to jump in and tweak content when needed


Skills & Experience

● Experience working in social media, ideally within an agency or small team

● Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and content formats

● A creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas quickly

● Good understanding of brand tone of voice and storytelling

● Comfortable contributing to client conversations and presentations

● Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects at once

● Comfortable in a small, fast-moving agency

You won’t have layers of teams beneath you. The work moves quickly, and people roll their sleeves up when needed. Someone who has experience in a small agency or startup environment will thrive here.

● Hard-working and proactive

There are moments where they go above and beyond for clients - whether that’s turning around content quickly or helping out at events. The right person brings energy, ownership and a strong work ethic.

● Positive and respectful

They are a close-knit, all-female team and maintaining a positive, respectful culture is extremely important to them. They value kindness, professionalism and emotional intelligence.


They are looking for someone who is excited not just by the work, but by the opportunity to build something meaningful within a small, ambitious agency.


This will be an 8-mth+ FTC and will ideally start end May/beginning of June.
