* Residential Conveyancing – Glasgow (Assignment 16879)
Handle legal aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and title transfers.
Provide expert legal advice, examine property titles, draft deeds, and liaise with lenders and third parties.
Minimum 1-year PQE in residential conveyancing required.
* Commercial Real Estate – Various Locations
Advise on commercial real estate matters, including hotel and leisure transactions.
Support lenders, investors, and operators in financing, portfolio management, and development projects.
Minimum 6 years PQE with strong commercial real estate experience.
Lead transactional asset management work in telecoms and commercial real estate.
Act as the main client contact while supporting large-scale projects and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Minimum 4 years PQE in commercial real estate; experience in telecoms/asset management is a plus.
* Residential Conveyancing – Edinburgh (Assignment 16072)
Advise on residential conveyancing and property matters.
Opportunity to work across a range of property-related legal areas.
Suitable for NQ-5 PQE candidates with relevant experience.
* Land and Rural Business – Edinburgh/Glasgow/Perth (Assignment 14793)
Handle rural property transactions, crofting issues, and agricultural holdings legislation.
Assist with estate and farm purchases/sales, and contribute to business development.
Minimum 3 years PQE, with flexible working options available.
Advise clients on rural property transactions, agricultural tenancies, and renewable energy projects.
Manage client relationships and business development within the rural sector.
Newly qualified or recently qualified; no prior rural experience required, property law experience preferred.
