Join LSH Auto as an Aftersales Executive, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at our dealership. We are seeking a dedicated professional who will become the key liaison between customers and our service teams, ensuring our aftersales services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Hours: 45
Salary: £30,387 Plus OTE bonus
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding service appointments and aftersales enquiries
* Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring optimal workflow in the service department
* Collaborate closely with service and parts teams to provide timely updates and information to customers
* Proactively seek customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a professional manner
* Assist in promoting aftersales initiatives to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction
* Work towards achieving key performance indicators related to aftersales service
Requirements
* Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role within the automotive sector
* Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
* A valid driver's licence is essential
