We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and ROI. This role also involves collaboration across departments, campaign analysis, and a solid understanding of digital strategy fundamentals including SEO, content, and analytics. You should be confident managing multiple campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics in a fast-paced, B2B-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive traffic, conversions, and qualified leads.
* Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to improve ad relevance and ROI.
* Continuously test ad creatives, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies for campaign improvement.
* Monitor ad spend and campaign performance metrics daily, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and goals.
* Prepare comprehensive performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager, with actionable insights.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign messaging with business objectives and landing page experiences.
* Use Shopify to create or update campaign landing pages, product pages, or promotional content.
* Manage SEO efforts alongside paid campaigns to support full-funnel digital strategy.
* Write compelling ad copy and assist in creating visuals using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
* Manage and grow social media presence across platforms by developing content calendars, running promotions, and engaging with audiences.
* Support B2B marketing initiatives through targeted advertising and nurturing campaigns.
* Prepare data-driven presentations and insights reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital marketing workflows.
Required Experience & Skills
* Proven experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, especially in B2B environments.
* Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking across ad platforms.
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
* Strong copywriting and communication skills with an understanding of what drives clicks and conversions.
* Knowledge of email marketing, Shopify CMS, and SEO best practices.
* Familiarity with social media scheduling and reporting tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint for reporting.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
* Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO).
* Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website or landing page updates.
* Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
