What you will do
* Conduct independent NMP clinics weekly and provide expert support to new NMPs and all prescribing, nursing, and recovery staff.
* Champion the development of non‑medical prescribing across the county alongside the Clinical Lead.
* Implement healthcare treatments and procedures like health screenings and bloodborne virus screenings.
* Offer clinical supervision monthly, line‑manage nursing staff, and deputise for the Clinical Lead when required.
* Deliver clinical support and mentoring for medical staff within the department.
* Engage in detoxification processes, oversee complex cases, and ensure accurate maintenance of clinical notes.
* Act as a key liaison with various external bodies to ensure comprehensive care pathways for service users.
