Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our well respected client in the Devizes area who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
* Management of the department and client portfolio
* Dealing with queries and processing orders as well as more complex customer service issues
* Advising on new products and services
* Supervision of a team including reviews, development, coaching and training
* Collaboration with a number of other departments
What you will need to succeed:
* Exceptional customer service and administration experience
* Proven track record within a similar role, ideally from a technical product range
* Strong staff management skills including training and mentoring
* Great attention to detail, numeracy skills and the ability to lead by example in this hands-on role
* Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a variety of internal departments and clients
