Your new role
Our client is currently seeking interim support within their EMEA payroll team. The role will involve assisting with end to end payroll operations within a non UK shared service centre, ensuring all payroll data is accurately validated and submitted in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include ensuring payroll is accurately processed and reported in line with month end journals and forecasts. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with financial statements up to trial balance level.
Maintain full compliance with country specific payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.
Uphold rigorous control standards, protecting confidential information and maintaining strong audit readiness.
Act as a point of escalation for payroll queries, providing expert guidance and timely resolution.
Partner closely with Finance, HR, Global Payroll teams, and third party vendors to seamless payroll operations.
Produce accurate payroll reporting and forecasts.
