Due to company growth we are actively looking to appoint a Branch/Yard Assistant to join our team. If you are a flexible individual who enjoys a small team environment, likes being outdoors and can provide excellent customer service, this may be the perfect fit for you!
Your job
This role involves:
* Processing and picking customer orders accurately
* Loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck
* Providing customers with product and service information, including serving on the trade counter when required
* Keeping a safe, organised and professional looking yard
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Required:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Literacy & Numeracy
* An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment
Desirable:
* Warehouse/yard experience
* A good knowledge of computers
* Forklift truck licence
