An exciting opportunity within Swansea Bay University Health Board for a permanent position as a Clinical Coding Service Improvement Lead.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate strong leadership and service improvement skills.
* Provide evidence of managing successful teams.
* Operationally lead and improve the Clinical Coding Service using skills and experience as an accredited Clinical Coder.
* Continuously strive to be forward‑thinking, innovative, creative, and make service improvements across the service.
Qualifications
* ACC Accredited Clinical Coder qualification (UK).
* High level of clinical coding skills.
* Management experience with excellent management and leadership skills.
