Location: Worthing - Full-time, on-site (1 day WFH after training)
Contract: Temporary until end of, with potential extension
Salary: £26, - £28,

What the role involves:
1. Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in Italian and English
2. Providing empathetic, professional, and efficient support to resolve issues
3. Accurately logging customer interactions and feedback
4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
5. Supporting an existing team member with full training provided

6. Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
7. Previous office experience
8. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
