Job Description
Join us as a Customer Service Personal Banker in Stranraer. You’ll be essential in guiding and supporting our valued branch customers to achieve their financial goals. We encourage proactive efforts to continually enhance our customer banking experience. Full training will be provided, including support to achieve a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking. Please note, this role does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding service as the first point of contact in our branches, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
* Engage in proactive conversations to understand customer needs and assist with their banking requirements.
* Handle general banking requests such as payments, balance inquiries, and transfers.
* Help customers understand the various banking options and services available.
* Identify opportunities to promote simple financial products and collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Compensation and Benefits

Additional Information
Work Pattern: Flexibility is required to work during branch hours (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays and some bank holidays).
