About the Role

This is a part-time role working 15 hours per week on a fixed-term contract ending on 31st March 2026. The annual salary is £47,000 pro-rata.
We prefer hybrid working arrangements; however, the role can be fully remote for the right candidate.
You will be an experienced, qualified High Intensity Therapist with BABCP accreditation, committed to working in a supportive team to assist clients with common mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
You will oversee the clinical supervision of Mind and Body Practitioners and CBT Therapists, providing supervision both individually and in groups, and support clinical governance of the service.
Interviews are scheduled around 19th May 2025.
* Postgraduate Diploma in NHS Talking Therapies or a registered qualification in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, arts therapy, or psychological therapy, with additional postgraduate CBT training and significant practitioner experience.
* Accreditation with BABCP.
* Experience working in mental health and youth services.
* Experience with routine outcome monitoring.
* Effective use of clinical supervision and personal development.
* Knowledge of child protection and relevant legislation.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
