Contract Full Time - Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours, Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
About the role
Power NI, part of Energia Group, offers an exciting opportunity for Credit Controllers based in Belfast. This role involves negotiating with customers to offer suitable repayment options and working within a high-performing team to provide tailored solutions for each customer.
The role includes proactively engaging with domestic customers experiencing difficulties paying their energy bills through inbound and outbound calls. We seek candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand customer perspectives, actively listen, acknowledge concerns, focus on solutions, set boundaries/expectations, and seek support and feedback when needed.
About you
* Experience in handling difficult conversations in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
* Strong resilience, empathy, and adaptability.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and managing multi-channel communications.
