Clinical Scientist
At Care Fertility, you'll join a welcoming, forward-thinking team that values collaboration and actively encourages new ideas. We foster a supportive environment where your voice matters, and we value your contribution to our continuous improvement programme.
We're committed to your professional growth. Our structured career framework and dedicated Learning & Development team will support you every step of the way. We have three in-house designed scientific developmental pathways to choose from, and you'll benefit from:

* A clear path for career progression
As a Clinical Scientist, you'll play a vital role in all aspects of laboratory work, including oocyte collection, sperm preparation and freezing, insemination and ICSI, fertilisation and embryo assessment, embryo freezing and transfer, and oocyte cryopreservation – all tailored to your level of experience. If you're trained in biopsy, there are opportunities to get involved there too. If you're not, we will train you.
What You Can Expect from Us:
At Care Fertility, we're proud to be the UK's largest private provider of fertility treatment, and we aim to be the best employer of Clinical Scientists in the sector.
You'll have access to a wealth of technologies and opportunities, including:
* Caremaps-Ai (our own award-winning embryo selection technology)
* AI-based oocyte viability assessments
* Genetic testing
* Research projects
We have our own MSc in Clinical Embryology, we have specialist focus groups to ensure our scientists have opportunities to contribute to our success, and we foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and shared success.
What We're Looking For:
You're a state-registered, ICSI-trained Clinical Embryologist who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and understands the vital role of the laboratory in the patient journey. Biopsy training is an advantage, but not essential. Above all, you bring professionalism, curiosity, and compassion to everything you do.
