The Role - Primary Teacher
As a primary teacher, you will:
Work full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:15pm
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons as a primary teacher within an SEN setting
Support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH and learning difficulties
Work closely with support staff, therapists and senior leaders as a primary teacher
Create a safe, structured and encouraging learning environment
Take full responsibility for planning, teaching and assessing
The Ideal Primary Teacher
We are looking for a primary teacher who:
Holds QTS (or equivalent) as a primary teacher
Has experience as a primary teacher, ideally within SEN (though this is not essential)
Is patient, resilient and passionate
Can adapt teaching styles to meet individual needs
Is committed to long-term, full-time work
