We’re looking for warm, positive SEN Support Assistant's to join a fantastic specialist school near Leatherhead, Surrey.
You’ll be part of a caring team who put wellbeing first and create a safe, nurturing space for students with complex needs to flourish.
The Role
Provide day-to-day emotional and learning support
Help students overcome challenges and celebrate their wins
Build trusting relationships with learners who need consistency
Work closely with teachers and therapists to support personalised plans
What We’re Looking For
A patient, kind, encouraging person
Great at building rapport and listening
SEN experience is helpful, but we value attitude most!
Ability to commute reliably
