* Financial controls & compliance

Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
* ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification preferred, though part-qualified candidates will be considered - support provided for final exams
* Strong understanding of navigating reports and driving continuous improvement
* Collaborating with team members and outstanding communication skills
