Location: UK-based remote role with international congress travel.
This role involves leading the design, build, and onsite delivery of exhibition booths for global life sciences and healthcare events. Candidates must bring strong technical project management skills, supplier coordination experience, and the ability to manage client-facing communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end delivery of custom exhibition booths.
* Collaborate with internal teams, clients, venues, and suppliers.
* Oversee technical production including AV, lighting, rigging, Wi-Fi, and electrics.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, venue regulations, and quality control.
* Interpret client briefs, provide technical direction, and travel onsite across Europe for execution.
Requirements:
* 5–7 years of experience in exhibition booth project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
* Experience managing vendors and technical logistics for live event builds.
* Strong understanding of AV technologies, venue operations, and build compliance.
* Comfortable working directly with clients and handling multiple stakeholders.
* Knowledge of CAD, digital display systems, and content delivery processes is a plus.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally for onsite delivery.
