About the Role
Teaching Personnel are seeking caring, proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across the Sleaford area. Through our strong partnership with Our Lady of Lourdes MAT, along with several other local primaries, we are able to offer regular and reliable work suited to your availability and experience.
Roles may include:
General classroom TA support
1:1 SEN support
Small group interventions
EYFS, KS1 or KS2 support

What You’ll Need
✔ Experience supporting children (school‑based or transferable)
✔ A patient, nurturing and positive attitude
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to adapt and support children with varying needs
✔ A willingness to learn and take on guidance
(A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential)
