Maintenance Supervisor

Outsource UK is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to provide on-site leadership and oversee maintenance activities at a Top Tier COMAH facility.
This is a hands-on role supporting mechanical and electrical technicians, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support technicians in planned and corrective maintenance
* Act as the on-site focal point for maintenance and engineering activity
* Prioritise defects and work orders daily
* Assist in planning and delivering maintenance tasks and small project work
* Produce and review permits to work, RAMS and safe systems of work
* Coordinate contractor activity and uphold safety-critical procedures
* Maintain asset condition data and CMMS records
* Respond to breakdowns and support continuous improvement
About You
* Mechanical or electrical qualification
* Heavy Industries background (Oil & gas, Power generation, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Steel/cement, Industrial)
* Strong understanding of Permit to Work (P2W), Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), RAMS and maintenance processes
* Confident communicator with previous supervisory or team-lead experience or ready to step into a supervisory role.
