In this Administrator job, you will be:
1. Administration duties including preparing and issuing quotations, ordering materials and booking accommodation
2. Assisting with accounts (sales and purchase ledger, inputting invoices)
3. Managing communication via email and telephone and liaising with staff and clients to ensure high service standards
4. Checking work for accuracy and maintaining attention to detail
5. Perform other administrative tasks as required
To be successful in the role, you will need:
6. Strong administration and data handling experience
7. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
9. A great telephone manner
10. Organised and proactive approach to workload management
11. Knowledge of Sage (desirable but not essential)
12. Ideally, have experience working with CIS
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity based in Kinmel Bay, offering full-time or part-time hours. You’ll receive an hourly rate of up to £16.50, along with weekly pay, holiday pay, and Ffit Conwy corporate discount.
