Project Manager – Fire Protection\n\nWest London (Projects across London)\nUp to £65,000 + package\n\nA well-established Passive and Active Fire Protection Contractor based in West London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee fire protection works across multiple sites in London.\n\nThis role will suit a Project Manager with experience delivering fire safety installations and maintenance works, working closely with site teams, clients, and compliance requirements.\n\nThe Role\n\n * \n\n Managing multiple fire protection projects across London\n\n * \n\n Overseeing passive fire works (fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation)\n\n * \n\n Managing active fire systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, smoke control, AOVs)\n\n * \n\n Delivering both new installations and maintenance / remedial works\n\n * \n\n Programming works, coordinating labour and specialist subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Ensuring works meet fire safety standards, specifications, and certification requirements\n\n * \n\n Liaising with main contractors, consultants, and end clients\n\n * \n\n Managing variations, progress reporting, and handovers\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Experience as a Project Manager within Fire Protection, Passive Fire, or Active Fire Systems\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of fire safety compliance and installation standards\n\n...
