* Location: Mobile role covering Liverpool area (Van and fuel card provided)

Randstad CPE UK Property Services Team is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our Reactive Maintenance Division in Liverpool area. Responsibilities
* Routine maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and appliances.
* Fault finding and rectification.
* Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations.
* Replacing sockets and fittings.
* Replacing consumer units.
* Domestic rewiring in both occupied and empty properties.
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of electrical experience.
* City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Testing.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation.
* Experience with EICR testing in social and private housing.
