A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Parts Advisor for our client's franchised dealership in York.
Our Client is offering the successful Parts Advisor:
* Up to £27,765 Basic Salary
* £31,000 OTE
* Work for one of the area's best-known businesses
* Well-Established Main Dealership Environment
* Manufacturer Training & Career Progression
* Previous Automotive Parts Experience Required
* Work for a manager that has been with the business for years and knows it inside out
Duties of a Parts Advisor with our client:
* Ensure all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously, responding immediately to requests for parts
* Be continuously conscious of customer needs, providing the highest level of courtesy and service, and promoting customer satisfaction
* Work within the sales team on product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
* Report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
* Keep the work area clean and ensure Health and Safety and COSHH requirements are adhered to at all times
What our Client expects of their Parts Advisor:
* Previous Automotive Parts Experience required
* Pinewood DMS background would be an advantage but is not essential
* Good telephone manner
* Organisational and administration skills
* Full and Clean Driving Licence
