The Role You'll be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs, PPM maintenance, and occasional installations of refrigeration equipment across a range of customer sites. Excellent customer service and clear communication are key to this role. Key Responsibilities: Reactive service and fault-finding on refrigeration systems Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) Participation in a 1-in-5 standby/call-out rota (core hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) Completing paperwork accurately and on time Meeting agreed KPIs and service standardsSkills & Experience Required: Qualified Refrigeration Engineer with F-Gas certification Previous experience within the public or private sector Full, clean UK driving licence Strong communication and customer service skillsWhat's in it for you?
