We are currently seeking a Senior Designer to join our team based at our studio in London. This is a hybrid working role.

You’ll collaborate closely with a demanding but rewarding client, gaining exposure across all‑agency meetings and working alongside top‑tier partners. Ownership is real —you will have opportunity to grow through the account by stepping up, presenting your work, and building trust.
What you'll do:
* Create amazing work that is effective and delivers on the objectives of the brief
* Construct and present clear and convincing presentations for internal and client purposes.
* Brief and support illustrators, artwork and production team inside and outside of Marks to create what is needed
Who are you:
* You love good design. You have a positive mindset and inspire people you work with.
* Experience with conceptual and adaptive briefs, ensuring the design is on brand and on brief, but beyond expectations.
* Experience working in an agency. Working closely with the CD, client services, clients and production doesn’t hold any surprises for you.
* You can communicate your ideas clearly in scamps/sketches.
* Experience creating concepts, adaptive work, mood boards, POS and presentations .
* Good understanding of print production.
* Team player, working closely with other team members on and off site.
* Strong communication skills, confident presenting work to clients and team members, asking questions to make sure you know all you need to know about a project, comfortable in communicating what you need from others or raising flags when things don’t go as planned.
* Be flexible. We work on a large range of projects for our client. Some jobs might stretch your skills while others might not feel like a challenge to you at all. We need you to deliver the best solution on all.
What you'll have:
* 5+ years as a designer
* Experience working in a creative agency
* Good conceptual skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of print production
* Strong visualisation and sketching skills
* Experience in brand guardianship and/or understanding brand essence
* Fluent in Adobe CS
