Ideal Candidate
You would have several years of experience working in a similar role in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen environment, a strong background in a variety of cuisines and be knowledgeable in modern cooking techniques and equipment. You should have excellent organisational and time‑management skills, a proven ability to lead and manage a team, experience in menu planning, cost control, and ordering supplies. You should possess a creative flair and a passion for food, work well under pressure while maintaining high‑quality standards, and have excellent communication skills to collaborate with other kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.
