Our Alternative Provision (AP) in Burnley is looking for a specialist to join our multi-disciplinary team. In this unique role, you will act as a Speech and Language Therapist Teacher, embedding communication strategies directly into the curriculum. You will work with young people in Burnley who have complex SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, many of whom have unidentified speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN). Key Responsibilities Integrated Therapy: Deliver 1:1 and small group therapy sessions that feel like "active learning" rather than "clinical intervention."
