Full-Time Yard Operative Shoreham-by-Sea
Salary: £29,250 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30–17:30 (45 hrs/week)
Join Westbourne, a leading provider of breakdown and recovery services across Southern England! We\'re on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Yard Operative to support day-to-day operations at our busy Shoreham site.
Responsibilities
* Keeping the yard, workshops, and offices clean, tidy, and debris-free
* Supporting drivers with vehicle loading/unloading
* Parking and cataloguing vehicles
* Minor cleaning/refurbishment of company fleet vehicles
* Assisting technicians and conducting vehicle inventory checks
* General site maintenance duties
Qualifications
* Hardworking and dependable team player
* Comfortable working outdoors and around vehicles
* Basic knowledge of vehicle handling (training provided)
* Excellent customer service skills
* IT skills
* Must be able to pass a CRB check and Sussex & Surrey Police vetting
