Strong relationships will be central to your success as you work closely with partners to grow participation and enhance the customer experience.

Whether you’re developing course materials, providing poolside support to newly qualified teachers, or ensuring schools progression is tracked for individual swimmers, your work will directly improve aquatic education and community engagement. If you’re passionate about developing others, improving standards, and making a meaningful impact across multiple centres, we’d love to hear from you.
