Head of Sales – Own-Label Food Manufacturing
On behalf of a key food manufacturer in the UK we are leading the search for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead growth and customer strategy for a high-performing site in the UK.
This is a senior leadership opportunity with full P&L ownership, focused on delivering own-label food products to a major premium UK retailer. The role demands pace, precision, and a deep understanding of private label dynamics.
The Position
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead commercial strategy and customer engagement for a flagship manufacturing site.
* Own and optimise the P&L, driving profitability through insight-led decision making.
* Build long-term strategic partnerships and lead joint business planning.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovation and executional excellence.
* Champion quality, agility, and differentiation in a competitive retail environment.
The Person
Candidate Profile:
* Senior commercial leadership experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
* Strong understanding of private label with the Grocer multiples
* Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and delivering results.
* Strategic thinker with financial acumen and collaborative leadership style.
